ABOUT SWIL KANIM
Swil Kanim, US Army Veteran, classically trained violinist, native storyteller, and actor, is a Lummi Nation member. He is known for inspiring audiences to express themselves honorably and is a sought-after keynote speaker for various events. His workshops, The Elements of Honor, attract a diverse audience and are held throughout the United States. His music, shaped by his experiences, has been impacting lives for many years.
His accolades include the Bellingham Mayor’s Arts Award, Woodring College Professional Excellence Award, and the Whatcom Chapter of Music Educators Certificate of Virtuosity.
